A: Yes, the Meade #607 DC Power Cord w/Cigarette Lighter Adapter will let you power your Meade scope from the cigarette lighter socket in your car or on your 4-wheeler. Q4: Hi, I have the Bushnell Northstar 1550mm x 127mm 5" Maksutov Cassegrain Telescope, And i wanted to buy an AC cord for my scope so i dont have to buy batteries anymore. Is the "Meade #546 AC Adapter" the right cord to purchase for my scope, or is there
A: Unfortunately, the Meade #546 AC Adapter for ETX70/ETX80/DS-2000/NG Series will not work with your Bushnell North Star telescope. The Bushnell telescope is powered by a 9-Volt battery; there is no provision for an outside power source.
Q5: I have to use batteries with this adapter or I just plug it with the battery piece?
A: It is not necessary to use batteries with the Meade #546 AC Adapter.
