Q1: what does the "675 x 4.5" represent
A: The 675 stands for the highest possible magnification that could be achieved with the telescope and a barlow lens. That magnification however is so high that it would honestly be useless you would want to use the maximum useful magnifications that we list on the site to retain a great view. The 4.5" stands for the diameter in inches of the tube or light gathering surface.
